I am a senior research fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition.
I study knowledge and the people who carry it. I use large-scale observational data on labour biographies and firms (from administrative records, patents, Revelio, and PitchBook) to examine how the organisation and mobility of high-skilled labour — across teams, technological fields, firms, and nations — contribute to knowledge accumulation and growth.
