I am a senior research fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition, and an affiliated researcher at the department of Management, Strategy and Innovation at KU Leuven.
My research studies inventors and the organisational aspects of Research and Development. For instance, I am interested in the costs of forming innovation teams, the determinants of inventor productivity, and how multinationals organise R&D across multiple technological fields.Â
